Isa-Cycle

The Isa Rune may seem solid and unmoving, but within it is a cycle all its own. Isa tends to have a slight “bend and stretch”. Its cycle is one of transition from near-melting to brittle hardness and back again. Think of it as going from a soft, nearly elastic state to one which is adamant to the point of cracking from its own hardness.

The Isa Rune can be solid or treacherous, or both at the same time! Its hardness can suddenly shatter, and its elastic mode can be more slippery than an eel. All of this can be understood in terms of the transition from one mode to the next. On one end it is soft, wet and slippery, and on the other hard, brittle, and shattered. Between the two, it is all the Isa Rune.
