Many or Better?

Fe measures its strength in numbers. Ase measures its strength in quality. Let us use Leadership as an example. Leadership is an aspect of Ase. You do not measure leadership in numbers. More leaders do not mean better leadership. What you need is quality leadership. One excellent leader is superior to a hundred lesser leaders.

There are cases where numbers have the advantage. Take soldiers. One highly-trained and well-armed soldier is an example of quality. However, if he is faced by a hundred enemy soldiers who have less training and outdated equipment, he is at a disadvantage. The weight of numbers will offset any quality advantage he may have.

There are times when quality is the overriding factor, and others where numbers decide the outcome. Learn to discern the balance of quality and quantity.
