A Return to Increase

As symbolized by the expansions of the Jer Rune, Prosperity has an increasing nature. The opposite is the compression of Naud, where Poverty’s nature is in decreasing. In healthy circumstances, Poverty should increase and Poverty ought to decrease.

Prosperity is expansive. Prosperity allows us to help others. When we are prosperous, there is plenty of excess that can go to help people, communities and nations which are less fortunate. Our increased prosperity enables them to have a better quality of life.

As a result of the current economic downturn, we are seeing the decrease of our prosperity resulting in a decrease or even cessation of help to others. A lack in our wealth means a lack of resources which we send to them. It illustrates in drastic terms the truth that poverty is overcome by prosperity. Our well-being has a greater reach than we think. As we prosper, so others benefit, as well.

In normal times, Prosperity increases and poverty decreases. The current recession is a time when poverty is on the rise. A return to prosperity will restore the healthy order of things. That return is already beginning. It may come gradually, but it is coming.
